I’m Justin Wyse, a business broker and M&A specialist with nearly two decades of experience facilitating high-value transactions for business owners, investors, and corporations seeking strategic growth through acquisition.

My entrepreneurial journey began with founding three successful entities in Sydney—Wyse Wealth, Wyse Finance, and Wyse Property—giving me firsthand insight into the challenges business owners face when building, scaling, and eventually transitioning their enterprises. This operational experience, combined with my expertise as a certified business broker (CPBB) and Licensed REA, enables me to guide clients through the complexities of business transactions with strategic clarity and commercial acumen.

Throughout my career, I’ve held specialised positions across business brokering, wealth advisory, tax strategy, mortgage broking, property advisory, and business consulting. This multi-disciplinary background allows me to evaluate transactions holistically—identifying tax implications, financing structures, property considerations, and succession planning opportunities that single discipline brokers often overlook.
