I’m Harry Thorn, a Business Broker Associate at Wyse Advisory specialising in technology, telecommunications, and IT services businesses.
Before joining Wyse Advisory, I spent over a decade advising and leading complex commercial engagements across telecommunications, cloud computing, and IT consulting centred around digital transformation and future growth. My background includes managing multi-million-dollar enterprise sales cycles, building strategic partnerships, and supporting technology-led organisations as they scaled across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
Through this experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what drives value in technology businesses — from recurring revenue models and customer concentration, to vendor partnerships, operational scalability, and go-to-market execution.
