I’m Daniela Rosa, a Business Broker Associate dedicated to helping business owners, investors, and acquirers navigate mid-market transactions with clarity and confidence across Australia’s construction, engineering and transport & logistics sectors.
Before joining Wyse Advisory, I advised on commercial and project transactions from $1Mil to $6B across construction & engineering, transport & logistics, and healthcare services. With more than 15 years’ experience leading complex engagements and advising asset intensive organisations on performance, risk, and growth, I bring a balanced perspective that connects financial outcomes with operational realities and long-term potential.
Having grown up in a family of business owners, conversations about growth, succession, and improvement were a regular feature around the dinner table. That early exposure shaped how I view business value — not just as financial performance, but as the result of leadership, risk-taking and resilience.
